Virgin Galactic spearheaded by Sir Richard Bramson is selling seats on the Burt Rutan designed spaceplane that won the X Prize. Travel to space and back will run you $200,000 and reservations are now being accepted. Spaceplanes need a home on earth and it is in that context that the hangers are being bid out for construction proposals.
